As Cracker Barrel's primary content creator, I helped gain 57.2k followers for their TikTok account, exceeding first-year follower goal by 15%. Garnered 10.2M total video views and 422k engagements over the span of 18 months. Some of these videos were also posted to their Instagram. Through TikTok and Instagram Reels, I highlighted the hospitality and comfort that Cracker Barrel is well known for.
One of the ways I did this was by involving employees in videos that showcase their personalities...
I also honed in on Cracker Barrel's unique atmosphere created by its regional decor, home-like furnishing, and nostalgic retail items.
And of course, I spotlit Cracker Barrel's comfort foods through trends, food hacks, and taste tests.
